chocolate chocolate chocolate!
last night was the grand opening of cacao, the new chocolate, ice cream and other goodies shop of kristen "k chocolat" hard, the best chocolate maker ... ever, i think. her concoctions are made with top grade cocoa beans (she does "bean to bar" chocolate, which means she knows exactly where the beans are coming from and makes everything herself), fresh herbs and spices, and all other lovely kinds of organic and fair trade ingredients.

Um, this looks amazing. Sorry I couldn't go with--but when can we take a field trip???
heck yeah! amanda c, mega and i are actually planning on going by next week for coffee - kristen said we should come back when it's not so crazy, so girls night out ahoy!
